With over 30 years of product packaging experience, Prism Color is proud to serve the Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, Automotive, and OEM sectors with comprehensive in-house services. Our 40,000 square foot plant features 1-8 color Printing, Die-cutting, Folding, Gluing and Custom Packing.
Our Creative Support Team can provide packaging expertise from concept to completion, including photography.
Digital
Digital printing has improved dramatically, and its many benefits are available to you at Prism Color. Digital allows you to meet increasing demands for personalization, segmentation, timeliness, and dynamic short-run color. Our Canon® ImagePress systems are calibrated to affordably deliver vibrant color. Our digital clients love the nimble nature of digital for personalized and 1-to-1 mailings of postcards, direct-mailers and letter/envo campaigns.
In addition to being an area leader for high-quality printing since 1984, Prism Color also supports our diverse client base with turn-key Direct Mail Services. This combination builds continuity, maintains quality assurance, and reduces your costs.
Our Direct Mail team offers list management, secure file processing, post-data reporting, assistance to meet USPS regulatory guidelines, and a unified collaboration with our prepress, press and finishing teams.
We offer the latest in lasering and ink-jetting with Intelligent Mail® Barcodes, all designed to yield the most vibrant, efficient and economical mailing results. By eliminating the need to juggle multiple vendors, Prism Color’s turnkey workflow efficiently produces your project from start to finish.
From design and photography to retouching and color services, Prism Color can assist you in the creation of your next marketing piece. With the most recent graphic industry-leading software and high resolution photographic equipment, we have all the tools to make your project shine.
Keeping up with design trends, along with an eye for perfection, will insure your next project's success. When time is not on your side and you need help with your presentation, our creative support department is waiting to lend you a hand. We specialize in last minute marketing designs and mock-up samples for your next sales meeting.
Prism Color's desktop publishing and prepress department will be happy to help you out. They can make the necessary changes to customer supplied files like copy revisions, color corrections, nutritional information or UPC barcode generation and placement.
Prepress will then verify that the files are print ready according to our print specifications. Once the files pass the test and are ripped into our system, a PDF proof or a Epson® color contract proof will be created and submitted for approval before printing.
Upon approval, the files will be released to our in-house computer-to-plate processor to make the plates and then its off to the presses.
Avoid having to coordinate multiple vendors by letting Prism Color provide all finishing touches and final distribution to your end-user. Whether your project is a custom one-time campaign, or an ongoing series requiring a turn-key distribution program, Prism Color can tailor an in-house solution to deliver the results you need.
Our Bindery capabilities include Saddle-stitching, Perfect-binding, Plastikoil®, Folding, Inserting, Die-Cutting, Gluing, Pick & Packing, and Kitting.
